1. Functional features
The insulator is made of special steel fittings, and the end of the fittings adopts a labyrinth design principle with multiple layers of protection and good sealing performance, solving the key problem of insulator interface electrical breakdown. The connection between the metal fittings and the core rod adopts internationally advanced computer-controlled coaxial constant pressure crimping technology, and is equipped with a fully automatic acoustic emission testing system to ensure the reliability and stability of the connection between the metal fittings and the core rod. The core adopts an ERC high-temperature acid resistant rod, and the interface between the core rod and the silicone rubber is coated with a special coupling agent. The umbrella cover adopts a one-time integral molding process under high temperature and high pressure, combined with a two-stage vulcanization process monitored by a computer, which extends the service life of the product,.

 

2. Installation precautions
(1) Insulators should be handled with care to avoid friction and collision with sharp and hard objects such as iron parts and tools.
(2) When lifting the product, the knot should be tied to the end attachment, and it is strictly prohibited to tie it to the umbrella group or sheath. When the rope must touch the umbrella group and sheath, it should be wrapped with soft cloth at the contact part.
(3) It is strictly prohibited to step on the insulator umbrella group.
(4) Composite insulators should not be used as auxiliary tools for laying out to avoid damage to the insulators due to impact or bending.
(5) When installing the equalizing ring, attention should be paid to adjusting the equalizing ring to be installed perpendicular to the axis. For open type equalizing rings, attention should be paid to the consistent opening direction at both ends, which is beneficial for discharge and protection of umbrella groups.
